Module 1

Who we are

SMB AI (smbaiweekly.com) helps US small businesses stop losing customers β€” by giving them a modern website with a built-in 24/7 AI assistant, all in one.

Who we help

Local US small businesses β€” restaurants, salons, clinics, contractors β€” with dated sites or no way to answer customers after hours.

What we give them

A modern, mobile-perfect website with a 24/7 AI assistant built right in β€” it answers questions and books customers around the clock, at no extra charge.

Why it sells

Every business loses customers who land after hours and get no reply. We capture them. One booking pays for the whole thing.

Our promise to every owner: one payment, no subscription, they own it β€” and 15 days of free revisions. That honesty is your strongest selling tool.
Module 2

What you sell

One product, one price β€” simple to sell. A complete modern website with the AI assistant built right in. No add-ons to juggle, no monthly fees for them.

The Website β€” most niches

$647 one-time Β· no subscription Β· 15-day free revisions. A modern, mobile-perfect site with the 24/7 AI assistant included.

The Website β€” Premium

$997 one-time. Same thing, luxury-grade, for higher-spending niches (med spas, cosmetic clinics) β€” buyers with real money who expect a premium look.

The AI assistant β€” included 🎁

Answers questions and books customers 24/7, even at 2am β€” now baked into every site at no extra cost. It's what makes us unbeatable: they get the site AND the assistant for one price.

πŸ’‘ Which price?

Easy: $647 for most businesses. For high-value niches (med spa and other premium buyers) it's the Premium tier. Each lead already tells you which one β€” you never have to guess.

Module 3

The demo sets it up β€” YOU close it

The demo is already built and live before you dial. Getting them to SEE it is step one. But the demo does not close the sale β€” you do, by saying the price out loud and asking for the card. Skip that and the call was free entertainment for the owner.

🟒 RULE #0 β€” call them when they actually pick up

We measured 883 of our own calls against the local time of the business we were calling. At 6-8am their time (before they leave for the job) they talk to us 24-31% of the time. From 9am to 1pm they're on a job: 2-5%. At 4-5pm, back at the shop doing invoices: 18-22%.

Same list, same effort, 5x the conversations β€” just by calling at the right hour for THEM. Your lead doc now has a live clock on every lead: 🟒 CALL NOW = it's their golden window right now. ⏸ dead zone = they're out on a job, you'd burn the lead. The green bar at the top lists everyone who's callable right now β€” work it top to bottom, and use the dead hours for callbacks and follow-ups.

β›” RULE #1 β€” no call ends without a price and an ask

Every call is recorded and transcribed, and there's one thing we watch above everything else: did the owner hear the price, and did you ask for the sale? That single habit β€” not the leads, not the demos β€” is what turns a good conversation into a paid one. It's the easiest point in the whole call to leave on the table, so we make it a rule.

Two non-negotiables on every call where a human talks to you:

1. Say the number: "It's a one-time $647 β€” the website and the AI assistant, all in, no monthly."
2. Ask for the sale and send the Stripe link: "I'm sending you the secure payment link right now β€” open it and you're live today."

⚠️ We never take card numbers over the phone. The Stripe payment button is already on the lead's card in your doc β€” you send that link while you're still talking, and you stay on the line until they've paid. Sending it and hanging up is the same as never asking.

Ask even if it feels early. Ask before they say "just email me the info" β€” after that sentence the call is over and you got nothing. A "no" after you asked is a real result. A friendly call where you never asked is a wasted lead. This is now measured on every call, per agent, every day.

1

Get them to SEE the demo

Open with a genuine compliment β†’ name the gap (dated site, or no way to answer customers after hours) β†’ send the LIVE demo of their own business β†’ walk them through it. Email in their row? It's sent β€” "check your inbox." No email? Grab it the second they're hooked and send it as you talk.

2

Close the website (same call)

One product, one price: the website with the assistant built in β€” $647 for most, Premium for high-value niches. Say the number, send the Stripe link, close on this call. No add-ons to explain, no confusion.

β†ͺ They hesitate on price?

Don't beg past the 2nd no β€” but don't drop it either. Reframe: "It's one-time, not monthly β€” the site and the assistant are yours to keep. One extra customer it catches after hours pays for it." Then ask again, or lock a same-day callback.

πŸ”₯ HOT leads β€” call these FIRST

We can see when an owner opens their demo. If a lead is flagged HOT in your doc or by Daniel, they've already looked at their own new site β€” that's a buyer warming up. Dial them first, and change your open:

"Hi {Name} β€” I noticed you had a look at the new site we built for {Business}. What did you think? … Let me show you the part most owners miss."

β›” The three ways we dodge the close β€” and what to say instead

"Just email it, I'll look later." β†’ ❌ "Sure, I'll send it over!" β†’ βœ… "Sending it now β€” and so you have the number in front of you, it's {price}, one time. The secure payment link is in that same email β€” open it with me and you're live today."

"I need to think about it." β†’ ❌ "No problem, I'll follow up." β†’ βœ… "Totally fair. Just so you're thinking about the real thing: {price}, one time, live in days. What's the part you'd need to be sure about?" β†’ rebut β†’ ask again.

They never ask the price. β†’ βœ… Say it anyway. Never end a conversation with a human without the number leaving your mouth. Ask for the sale twice before you accept a no.

Golden rule: the demo is already built β€” show it on the call, then ASK FOR THE SALE. Nothing is built between calls; never hang up before they've opened it β€” and never, ever hang up without saying the price and asking for the card.
Module 4

They paid! The dream website intake πŸ’³

The moment a client pays, you have ONE more job on that same call: a 5-minute interview so our team can turn their demo into the website of their dreams. Do it right there β€” excitement is at its peak and every answer you collect saves days of back-and-forth.

1

Look & colors

Ask: "Do you want to keep the colors and style of the demo, or change anything?" If they want changes, get specifics: which colors, lighter or darker, any brand colors or a logo we should match.

2

Sections to add

Ask: "Is there any section you'd like to add?" Suggest examples so they can react: photo gallery, menu or price list, reviews, about us, booking, FAQ, promotions. Write down every section they name.

3

Things to change

Ask: "Looking at the demo, is there anything you'd like us to modify?" Photos, texts, prices, business hours, services listed β€” anything. Note it exactly as they say it.

4

Socials + contact check

Ask for their social media links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and confirm every contact detail: phone, email, address and business hours. Read back what we have so the final site launches with zero wrong data.

5

πŸ”‘ Domain access β€” don't skip this one

To publish the new site we need access to their domain (where their web address is registered: GoDaddy, Google Domains, Squarespace, etc.). Say: "To put the new site live on your address, our tech team will need access to your domain. Do you know where it's registered and can you share the login, or add us as a user?" If they don't know, no problem β€” tell them our team will guide them by email. If they have no domain, even easier: we set one up for them.

πŸ“€ Send it in β€” same day

Right after the call, send ALL the answers in one single message to your manager: colors (keep/change), sections to add, changes requested, social links, confirmed contact details, and the domain situation. One complete message = their dream site gets built fast and right.

They just paid β€” this interview is how we deliver a site they'll love. Five questions, one message, same day. πŸ’™
Module 5

After the sale 🀝

Closing isn't the finish line β€” it's the start of the relationship. A few days after the sale you make one short check-in call. It kills buyer's remorse, locks in trust, and opens the door to everything they'll ever buy from us.

1

The check-in call

Two to three days after the sale, call to make sure everything's working β€” the assistant is answering, the new site looks right, they're happy. Short and warm: "Just making sure you're loving it." No pitch β€” this call is pure care.

2

Make it perfect

Anything off? Note it and our team fixes it inside the 15-day revision window. They feel genuinely taken care of β€” that's exactly what turns a one-time buyer into a fan who refers you.

πŸ›  They now have a tech team β€” plant this

Once they confirm everything's good, leave them with this β€” it's the line that makes you their go-to for life:

"One more thing β€” now that you're with SMB AI, you're not just a customer, you've got a whole technical department behind you. Anything in your business that's tech or digital and giving you a headache β€” your website, email, your Google listing, social media, online ordering, a slow computer, software that won't behave β€” just tell us. We'll take a look and our team sorts it out. You've got people now."

Why β€” retention

They stop shopping other vendors. You're now their one call for anything digital, so they don't drift to a competitor.

Why β€” referrals

"I've got people now" is exactly what an owner tells the next owner. That's free, warm leads landing in your lap.

Why β€” more sales

Every problem they bring is the next paid project β€” more work, more commission, with zero new prospecting.

πŸ›‘ The 24/7 Care Plan β€” extra pay when your clients stay

Websites aren't "set and forget" β€” they get attacked, go out of date, and break. On the care call, offer the plan that keeps their business protected and always improving. Keep a list of every client you sign up: once a client has stayed on their plan for 3 months, you earn a bonus for that client β€” $30 on Essential, $50 on Premium. Loyal, protected clients = extra money for you. πŸ’°

PlanWhat they getPrice
Essential Care24/7 uptime monitoring Β· ongoing cybersecurity & SSL (we keep hardening it so hackers never get in) Β· software updates Β· weekly backups Β· monthly content updates (hours, prices, photos, a promo) Β· assistant kept trained Β· priority support$29.99/mo
Premium Care πŸ”’Everything in Essential, plus: advanced malware protection + firewall + real-time threat blocking Β· daily backups Β· unlimited updates + monthly design refresh Β· monthly SEO to keep climbing on Google Β· monthly security & performance report Β· a fresh Google/social post each month Β· same-day support$49.99/mo

Lead with the protection β€” it's the benefit every owner feels. Their website is their storefront and their reputation. Say it plainly: "We're constantly improving your site's cybersecurity to keep your business safe." That peace of mind, plus never worrying about updates again, is worth far more than $30–$50 a month.

"One last thing to keep you protected: your site's now your storefront, so we keep it monitored 24/7 and we're always improving its security so hackers can't touch your business. That's our Care Plan β€” $29.99 a month covers monitoring, backups and all your updates. Most owners go Premium at $49.99 because it adds advanced malware protection, monthly SEO to keep you climbing on Google, and a monthly report so you can see your business is safe and growing. Which one should I set you up with?"

The two links β€” send the one they picked, right there on the call:

These are monthly subscriptions β€” the card is charged every month until the client cancels. If they say yes, send the link and add them to your subscriptions list. Follow your clients β€” at their 3rd month on the plan, that's $30 (Essential) or $50 (Premium) in your pocket for each one who stayed.

πŸ’Ό The Growth Kit β€” the natural next yes

Only on the care call, and only after they've told you they love the site. They just paid for a brand-new look β€” now offer the marketing that matches it:

Add-onWhat they getPrice
Social Starter Pack12 ready-to-post branded social posts$147
Print KitPrintable flyer + trifold brochure β€” leave one at every job$147
Branded Email KitPromo email template + professional email signature$97
Growth Kit bundle πŸ”₯All three together β€” save $94$297

"By the way β€” your new site gave your business a whole look. We can turn that into your marketing: a dozen social posts, a flyer you can hand out on every job, and a branded email template β€” all matching your site. The full kit is $297, ready in 48 hours. Want me to add it?"

If they say yes: send the Growth Kit payment link, then message your manager the same day. The kit is designed from their site's colors and delivered by email within 48 hours. Never pitch it on the first call β€” it only works once they already love the site.

The sale earns the money. The care call earns the relationship β€” and the relationship is where the real money is. Always make the check-in call, and always remind them they've got a tech team. πŸ’™
Module 6

Handling the "no"

"No" almost never means no. It means "I don't see the value yet," "I'm busy," or "I've been burned." Tap each card to reveal the move. Rebut twice, then pivot.

The 3-step move for ANY objection

1. Acknowledge β€” "Totally fair, I hear that a lot."   2. Reframe β€” flip their concern into the reason to look.   3. Ask β€” end on a tiny yes: "Can I send the 30-second preview?"

Feel Β· Felt Β· Found: "I understand how you feel β€” other owners felt the same β€” what they found was it paid for itself with the first booking."
Module 7

Module 8

Your money

You win twice on every sale: cash now + points toward a monthly bonus. The two stack β€” one never cancels the other.

πŸ’‘ Care Plans pay a bonus per client once they've kept the plan for 3 months β€” $30 Essential, $50 Premium. Track the clients you sign up; the ones who stay hand you the bonus each. Sign 10 Premium that stick and that's $500 extra.

Module 9

What you'll make

Play with it. Set how many you'd close in a month β€” watch your pay add up. Most closers ramp to a website or two a week, then let Care Plans stack on top.

Care Plans pay a bonus once that client reaches their 3rd month β€” $30 Essential, $50 Premium. 100% commission β€” uncapped.

A couple of premium sites a week roughly doubles your pay β€” and every Care Plan client who reaches month 3 hands you another $30–$50. There's no cap. 🌟
Module 10

You can grow here

This isn't a dead-end gig. The better you close, the more you earn and the more we invest in you.

Closer of the Month

Hit 24 points and you're not just +$500 richer β€” you get first pick of the hottest leads and public recognition. Top closers get more at-bats.

Refer & earn

Know other great closers? Bring them in β€” you earn $10 for every person you refer who joins and closes their first sale. No cap. Build a team under you.

More leads, more territory

Prove you close and we feed you more warm leads and richer niches. Your book of business grows with your numbers.

You matter here

You're the voice of SMB AI to every owner. We hand you the demo, the script, the price, the rebuttals β€” your job is to be human and close. We win when you win.

Module 11

Knowledge check

Quick self-test β€” pick the best answer. You'll see instantly if you're right. Aim for 8/9. πŸŽ“

You're ready

Go close πŸš€

Keep your script and this academy open on every call β€” guide, don't read. Here's your daily playbook:

  • Smile before you dial β€” they hear it. Low energy = fast no.
  • Get the live demo in front of them β€” the demo sells, not you. Earn the click.
  • One product, one price β€” say the number ($647, or Premium) and close on the same call.
  • Two rebuttals, stay warm, then reschedule a same-day callback β€” never hang up without asking.
  • Count dials, not nos β€” you control the calls; the yeses follow.
  • Log every outcome: paid / care call booked / objection / removed.
Remember: they're not saying no to you. They're saying "not yet" to a preview they haven't seen. Now go get it in front of them. Mabuhay! πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

Module 13

Niche playbooks 🎯

Same product, different door. The winning closers don't use one generic pitch β€” they lead with what they can verify about that business, because a true, specific observation is impossible to argue with. Below: the angle that gives us the edge in each niche.

The rule: open with something you can see is true about them β€” their old site, no online booking, a competitor who already has it. Never a generic "we build websites." Truth + specificity = the call doesn't sound like a cold call.

Med Spa is our #1 β€” it gets its own module

It's the niche to overflow on: high money, owner-run, image-obsessed, and the after-hours math is undeniable. Hit Next for the full Med Spa deep-dive. πŸ‘‰

Module 14 Β· Flagship niche

Med Spa deep-dive ⭐

Our #1 niche. 52,000+ med spas in the US, 60% owner-run (the owner picks up the phone), they have real money and they care how they look. Product: a premium website with a 24/7 AI booking assistant built in β€” this is our Premium tier, one-time $997 (they charge $500–$2,000 a treatment, so a single new client pays for it β€” and it's theirs forever, no monthly).

40%

of bookings happen after hours β€” when nobody answers the phone

79%

of patients give up if booking isn't fast and easy

$997

one-time β€” about one treatment, and it's theirs forever

⏱ The hook (first 15 seconds)

"Hi, is this [Owner]? Quick one, 20 seconds. I help med spas in [City] stop losing after-hours bookings. About 4 in 10 people who want to book a med spa do it after you've closed, and 8 in 10 give up if it's not two taps. I built a live demo of a booking page with your branding β€” can I text you the link so you see it in 60 seconds?"

🎯 Pick your angle from what you VERIFY

What's true about THEMYour angle
Old / no real site, no online booking"Your site makes people wait β€” I'll rebuild it luxury-grade with two-tap booking and a 24/7 assistant, all in one."
Modern site, no after-hours capture"Site looks great β€” but you're leaking the 40% who land at 11pm. The new site answers and books them while you sleep."
Stock photos, no real before/afters"Stock photography costs ~38% of bookings β€” we put your real results front and center."

βš”οΈ The competitor play β€” what gets under their skin

Protect OUR name first

Med-spa owners in a city know each other. NEVER claim "[Competitor] is already our client" if it isn't true β€” a provable lie kills the close and our reputation. Use only what's verifiable: that the competitor visibly already has modern booking.

"Have you looked at [Competitor] down the road? Open their site β€” they've got the book-now, two-taps, 24/7 thing. That's where your after-hours people are going when your page makes them wait. I can have you looking better than them by [day]."
Status flip: "Your work is better than theirs. The only thing they're beating you on is the website and the booking. That's a one-time fix you own forever, not a reason to keep losing clients to them."
Once we close our first real med spa β†’ with their permission, their name becomes the hammer for the whole city. Until then, the competitor's visible booking is your ammo β€” just as deadly, and true.

πŸ’¬ Objections (med-spa specific)

They sayYou say
"I have Boulevard / Phorest / Vagaro.""Perfect β€” the built-in assistant sits on top and books the person who lands at 11pm and won't open an app. I plug it in, you keep your software."
"An agency handles my website.""Great, this doesn't replace them β€” it's the booking page that converts, with the assistant built in. One-time, no retainer."
"Too expensive / not now.""One-time and it's yours forever β€” one or two new clients covers it. Every week you wait, after-hours bookings keep walking to [Competitor]."
"Just email me info.""Will do β€” but the demo is a link, not a brochure; 60 seconds and it's your spa. Texting it now."

βœ… Close Β· βš–οΈ Compliance

  • Close: "I'll text the live demo now. If you love it, it's one-time $997 β€” site and assistant, yours forever β€” and we make it live this week. Sound fair?" β†’ text demo + Stripe link, log it.
  • Compliance: sell conversion and bookings, NEVER clinical results or medical promises β€” you talk about their website and their calendar, full stop.
  • Competitor play: verifiable facts only (visible site/booking). No bad-mouthing, no invented clients.
Show the demo, name the competitor, state the price. High ticket, image-obsessed buyers, undeniable after-hours math β€” that's the whole game. πŸ’… The full one-pager is in the Library β†’ Med Spa Playbook.
